Terms and Conditions:

Payments are in cash basis only.
Re-schedule of confirmed tours can be made thirty (30) days before the departure date.
50% of required Down-Payment (DP) is refundable if cancellation is made 15 days before the departure date. The remaining 50% will be forfeited.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the departure date, the whole amount of DP will be forfeited.
Off season / promo tour rate package is not refundable but transferable.
In case of Typhoon or bad weather Touristas (N.E.C. Tours) have the right to re-schedule or cancel the scheduled tour. Refund/Cancellation are not applicable but transferable.
For Pick-up/Drop-off request, corresponding charges will apply (charges depend on the location).
(FOR JOINERS/OPEN TOUR) Open tours push through with at least ten (10) participants. Touristas (N.E.C. Tours) has the right to re-schedule or cancel if the scheduled Open Tour have less than ten (10) participants. In this case refunds/re-schedule are applicable.
